The marginal distribution constrained optimization (MADCO) methodology is disclosed wherein a 2D (or higher-dimensional) spectrum is estimated from initial 1D marginal distribution data. These 1D marginal distributions are used as constraints in the reconstruction of the 2D spectra. MADCO accelerates and improves the reconstruction of multidimensional NMR relaxation/diffusion spectra, making it suitable for MRI applications on a voxel-by-voxel basis by vastly reducing the amount of data acquired and data necessary for creating MRI images.
Investigators from the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) have identified five autophagy-inhibiting compounds (WX8 family) through a high-throughput screening. The NICHD seeks licensees and/or co-development partners for methods to treat cancer by administering these autophagy-inhibiting compounds.
The Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) seeks licensees for a novel “EpiTag” epigenetic reporter transgenic zebrafish line that provides a versatile and powerful whole-animal platform for visualizing and assessing the effects of mutants, experimental treatments, or chemical compounds targeting epigenetic regulation as well as studying epigenetic regulation of global- or tissue-specific gene expression during development.
The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), Division of Intramural Research, is seeking statements of capability or interest from parties interested in collaborative research to further develop, evaluate, or commercialize clinical samples with genetic mutations associated with endocrine tumors.
The Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, Section on Molecular Neurobiology seeks parties interested in licensing or collaborative research to further evaluate or commercialize specific rabbit monoclonal antibodies generated against the ErbB4 receptor (also known as HER4) that have been validated for specificity using tissue sections and extracts from ErbB4 knockout mice.
The National Institute of Child Health & Human Development (NICHD), Program in Genomics of Differentiation, seeks interested parties to further co-develop small molecule inhibitors of RNase H1, especially in regards to genome instability, transcription, and translation.
The National Institute of Child and Human Development seeks interested parties to further co-developa cell line with mutations in PRKAR1A, associated with tumor formation, for use a diagnostic or research tool.
The Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) seeks licenses and/or co-development partners for methods of treating cancer by administering PIKFYVE inhibitors and P38 MAP kinase inhibitors.
Researchers at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) seek partners to collaborate on in vitro studies to validate these potential immunomodulators and to conduct in vivo studies in a murine cancer model to determine the effects of ligands (e.g., antibodies) to the proteins on the immune response to cancer cells. Preference will be given to responses received by March 31, 2016.
